At regular intervals in the lead up to the race, we will be uploading guides to this area to offer guidance and motivation for our athletes. These will include:

  • Daman’s ActiveLife first-timer guide to triathlon
  • 12, 10 and 6 week training guides by pro triathlete, Omar Nour
  • Nutritional guidance for pre-race, race day and post race, from the dieticians at Cleveland Clinic
  • Tips on how to deal with race-day nerves pressure from the pyschology team at Cleveland Clinic
  • Race week group training sessions
